This product is for Architectural 3D rendering.

The model sold here is not optimized to be imported directly into a software like Unity but the textures can be baked easily in 3Dsmax or Maya (with V-Ray installed) to allow their import.
Unwrapped, shaded and textured, just add it to your scene. No need to smooth. No NGone. Textures can be easily modified or replaced

Made in its real side, metric in centimenters.
Software : 3Dsmax 2017.

Renderer : VRay.
